wip Vector DM

Because I needed to make this.
I really liked Vector, and it was his cockiness that actually attracted me to him... XD! psh, I'm a sucker for dorks anyway.

I'll be scraping this asap, but I just felt anxious to get this out there. I'd love critiques.
